Bookings & Scheduling
For most services we can have a team out within 2–5 business days. Urgent same-day or next-day cleans are available subject to availability — WhatsApp us for fastest response.
No — most clients provide a key or door code. All our staff are police-checked and fully insured, so you can have complete peace of mind.
Yes — we require 24 hours notice to change or cancel a booking without charge. There are no lock-in contracts.
Mon–Fri 7AM–7PM, Saturday 8AM–5PM, Sunday 9AM–3PM. After-hours commercial cleans can be arranged outside these times.
Staff & Insurance
Yes — all staff hold current National Police Clearances. We can provide documentation on request.
Yes — we carry $20 million public liability insurance. We can provide our certificate of currency for commercial clients and strata managers.
No — all our cleaners are directly employed by us. We don't use subcontracting agencies. This means consistent quality and accountability on every job.
Any damage caused by our team is covered by our public liability insurance. Report it to us within 24 hours and we'll handle it promptly.
Products & Environment
We use GECA-certified, eco-friendly commercial cleaning products as standard. TGA-registered disinfectants are used in bathrooms, kitchens, and medical environments.
Yes — our standard products are non-toxic and biodegradable. For households with babies, children, or pets we use our gentlest formulations.
Yes — all vacuums, mops, cleaning equipment, and products are supplied by us. You don't need to provide anything.
